Welcome to the Masta’fish by Jérémy Dupin, fishing guide in the “Bassin d’Arcachon”
Many fishing tours are proposed in a unique environment that I know perfectly.
I have been fishing in this place almost since I was born…seriously I fish there as soon as I can for the last 20 years.
Many species can be found in this fabulous place:
- Drum/meager
- Seabass
- Bluefin tuna
- Pollock
- Congers…..
I will be present to advise you, help you, and guide you thanks to my experiences and my skills.
Don’t hesitate to try the adventure and cast a fishing rod aboard the Masta’fish !
You can book for a day, half day or several sessions; everything is possible aboard the Masta’fish…

Technique and season of fishing:

According to the species we want to catch, we can use several techniques of fishing. Most of the time, we fish with artificial lure but it is also possible to use live baits if the fish is not cooperative. you can find below the different techniques we use according to the species and seasons.

Species techniques used seasons
Bluefin Tuna spinning fishing with popper, fly fishing August to October
Seabass vertical and spinning fishing April to November
Drum vertical fishing only April to September
Pollock vertical fishing only all year
Congers vertical fishing all year

All equipment is including in price except fly fishing tackle for tuna. The fly fishing of tuna is only intended for the expert fishermen.
